In the wake of our latest news item regarding DRAINUS, Japanese publisher Illogic Games has announced a release date for the upcoming Flightpath, a story-driven shmup that will take players on a thrilling journey through an immersive world. The game is set to release on 26th of january 2023.

In Flightpath, players will have the opportunity to choose one of three playable characters, each with their own unique story and background. They must battle their way through hordes of enemies, belonging to an organization called “The Syndicate”, in order to free the galaxy from their evil influence.

But the story doesn’t stop there. Along the way, players will be presented with choices that will lead to branching storylines, allowing for multiple playthroughs with different outcomes.

The game also features procedurally generated stages, which will change with each playthrough, providing a new experience with each play. Flightpath offers a unique blend of fast-paced shoot-em-up gameplay with an engaging narrative, providing players with a truly immersive experience. Players can expect to encounter a wide variety of enemies, as well as challenging boss battles that will put their skills to the test.
