SelectaPlay has announced a new physical retro collection for modern consoles. Aero The Acro-Bat Legacy + Sunsoft Lost Gems is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in Summer 2026, bringing together six classic titles from Sunsoft’s back catalogue on a single disc or cartridge.
The release marks the first time these games are bundled together in one physical edition. The collection focuses on Sunsoft’s 16-bit era, a period best known for colourful characters, tightly designed platforming, and arcade-influenced action. All included titles are presented in full and are positioned as faithful versions of their original releases.

Six Sunsoft classics in one package
The collection combines well-known Aero titles with several less frequently reissued games, offering a broad snapshot of Sunsoft’s output during the early nineties.
- Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel
A fast-paced spin-off starring Edgar Ektor’s former ally, featuring a heavier focus on speed and difficulty. - Aero the Acro-Bat
The original circus-themed platformer that introduced Aero and his battle against industrialist Edgar Ektor. - Aero the Acro-Bat 2
Expands on the first game with more elaborate levels, traps, and environmental puzzles. - Aero the Acro-Bat: Rascal Rival Revenge
A reworked take on the series, revisiting Aero’s rivalry with adjusted mechanics and level structure. - Feudal Bros
A cooperative action platformer pairing a Japanese samurai with a French prince in a light-hearted fantasy setting. - Justice Ninja Casey
A more methodical action title centred on stealth, exploration, and close-range combat.
