Great news for subscribers of Playstation’s PS Plus Extra service: they will be able to download and play Sabotage Studio’s Sea of Stars on August 29th, right from day one. This announcement follows the news that came out during Xbox’s extended showcase, confirming that the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass.

Prior to these announcements, Sea of Stars had already gained significant traction among gamers (including us at Retrolike.net). We were impressed by its gorgeous pixel art, dynamic day and night cycle, and the promising soundtrack collaboration with a composer known for his work on the Chrono series and Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Yasunori Mitsuda.

The recently released demo on Nintendo Switch and Steam provided a good glimpse of the turn-based battles and the intriguing world in which the story takes place. Additionally, it offered some insight into three of the six available playable characters.

As previously mentioned, Sea of Stars is set to be released on August 26th for PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, Xbox (Game Pass), and Playstation (PS Plus Extra). Get ready to embark on an exciting adventure in this captivating game!
