The latest in Antstream’s regular series of Connect Presentations is live and the most notable news coming from that is that Antstream is coming to PlayStation!

The long awaited news that Antstream, the world’s leading retro streaming service, will be coming to both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The official launch date isn’t clear yet. During the presentation Steve Cottam, CEO of Antstream, mentioned they will be sharing the official launch date in the coming weeks. As of August 14th you can wishlist the Antstream app on the PS Store.

For those who are not familiar with the streaming platform; Antstream offers subscribers to their service access to over 1350 retro games with strong aphesis on 80s and 90s home computer games, like both Commodore C64 and Amiga and ZX Spectrum platforms heavily supported. Out of all consoles the Mega Drive is the best support. Mainly because the focus of Antstream has been hooking up the European rights owners thus far. New games are added every Tuesday, with games leaving occasionally as well.

Antstream PlayStation Edition will be available on PS4 and PS5 consoles from £39.99/ $39.99/ €39.99  for an annual pass or £99.99/ $99.99/ €99.99 for a lifetime subscription. PlayStation owners can sign up to the wishlist from today using this link.
