If you’re a regular visitor here and enjoy playing games on Steam, you might want to pay attention. The Humble Store is currently hosting a massive sale aimed at gamers who enjoy retro-inspired pixel art games from time to time.
It’s difficult to pinpoint the highlights as it seems like every pixelated and retro-inspired game you can imagine is included in this sale. Many of the games we reviewed last year are available, such as AK-xolotl and Pocket Bravery, as well as indie legends like Celeste, Rogue Legacy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge (including DLC), and Streets of Rage 4. Of course, there are also many indie cult classics available, such as Huntdown, Prodeus, and Unsighted. The discounts range from 25% to 90%, with the steepest discounts mostly on RPG Maker DLC.
If you haven’t yet picked up Capcom remakes or re-releases during previous sales, then this is your chance. Many of the Mega Man, Arcade, and Fighter bundles are available here as well, with discounts of 50% or 60% off.
